This policy is designed to protect the relationship between you and our therapists. We do understand that plans can change, however in the unlikely event that your plans change and you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to get a full refund. If less than 24 hours but up to 12 hours, a 50% refund will be applied, and if less than 12 hours, there will be no refund.
If cancellation is on our part you have the right to rebook or get a full refund.
